90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return period, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@purepantryofficial.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@purepantryofficial.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and personalised or custom orders are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@purepantryofficial.com.
